Responsibilities and Tour Conditions for inTrend international travel, also referred to as Travel Agency. Any person reserving or purchasing any inTrend international travel tour accepts the condition that the Travel Agency reserves to itself the exclusive right to change or cancel itineraries, hotels, and other tour components whenever it is deemed necessary. If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer alternate dates and/or programs.
Published times on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical and any other conditions beyond the Agency's control that prevent the Operator from operating as scheduled. The Travel Agency expressly disclaims any liability for any damages that may be incurred for any changes, cancellations, or delays on any itinerary on any tour.
All rates on foreign tours are subject to fluctuations of currency and may be changed when necessary without advance notice prior to full payment.
All rates published are per person as indicated and are based on double occupancy when only one rate is shown. Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of a request and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the minimum deposit.
Cancellation charges, fees, and refunds for any tour are in effect as follows:
InTrend international travel will not issue refunds or credits for unused services of a travel package, nor be liable if you miss flights or tour departures as a result of late check-ins.
A handling fee of $50 per transaction will be assessed for any other change or revision made to a reservation. A change of departure date within 60 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation penalties will apply.
Changes and Cancellations must be made in writing.
If you have not purchased Travel Insurance Protection, and you have to change or cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the following fees will apply:
60-40 days prior to departure: 50% of land costs are non-refundable.
39-25 days prior to departure: 75% of land costs are non-refundable.
24 or fewer days prior to departure: 100% of land costs are non-refundable.
If the Travel Agency provides air arrangements, rules and regulations of the carriers shall apply
inTrend international travel strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance . Travel Insurance Protection becomes effective with the receipt of your deposit and insurance payment.
Cancellation by Travel Agency
inTrend int'l. travel reserves the right to cancel the tour due to lack of sufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, inTrend int'l. travel is solely responsible and will provide a full refund on services purchased.
Disclaimer of Liability
inTrend international travel is acting only as an agent for suppliers in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by the Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, the Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. This Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the Travel Agency's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases this Travel Agency from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department. For medical information, call the Public Health Service. By embarking upon his/her travel, the travelers voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
Proof of identity is required for international travel. Without proper identification, a passport and necessary visas you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents.
inTrend international travel will issue Travel Documents approximately three weeks prior to departure.
Upon payment of a deposit, tour participants indicate full acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
